Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage during shipping), we will cover all return shipping costs
- If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refund Procedure

- Refund amounts will exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
